Your question is strange and its hard to tell what you mean. If you were tall and are not now - the only way that is possible is if you are elderly.

As we grow older our bone joints settle and we lose height. There are a few exceptions but for most people this is the case.

If your in your teens or younger and are unusually short your doctor can prescibe human growth hormone. It has to administered by a physican and help you grow 3-5 inches. It helped a friends child.
