drink at least 5 eight ounce glasses of water every single day.

Eat a bowl of shredded wheat for breakfast and one piece of fruit
If you want an egg, one is okay, but no meat(sausage, bacon)
(No sugar laden cereal!)

Eat a fruit or vegetable salad for lunch and another piece of fruit.
or have a tuna salad sandwich on either whole wheat bread or multi-grain bread.

Eat a full course meal for dinner. Include a salad with red lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, and any other veggie you like.
Do NOT use salad dressing. Use Olive or virgin oil. For meats Bake or broil or saute. Do not FRY.

If you want a snack, eat an orange, berries, cherries, grapes, strawberries.

Whatever you do, do not eat white bread.

For dinner, try to have some kind of fish at least two times a week over the next month. (Actually you can follow this meal plan for longer than a month)

Stay away from pasta, white potatoes, white rice, and spaghetti except in VERY small portions. No candy. No soda products. No juices except those with natural fructose with no added sugar.

Try walking........at least a mile a day, If not possible, walk as much as you can.

Sure, you might lose 15 lbs in a month but gain back 20 the next month. Take it slow - it's all about lifestyle change. Exercise more and eat better. Even losing 15 lbs in 3 months is too much unless you're overly obese.

Get this! Popey had the right idea!
Get a bag of baby leaf spinach and every time you feel hungry grab a handful and eat it! You have to continue eating or your body will think it is being starved and hold onto the fat cells!!! That is why three small meals are the tried and tested to be true way. But liquids ,, meaning water and some grapefruit juice with spinach helps me!

Dont forget water, lots of water. At least 8 glasses a day. Not only does it help with weight loss, it also helps the skin! And go for a walk everynight. you can walk a mile in 15 minutes, if you can walk at least a half hour a night, drink your water, and watch what you eat, you should do okay.

Depending on your weight now, and if your overweight at all, I lost 3-4 lbs the first 3 weeks on weight watchers. and then I lost 1-2 lbs a week, not sure if I am suppose to use their name or not ,? but also exercising really helps along with cutting food intake,

No carbs at all will take the pounds off really fast. Eat all you want, but ONLY veggies, meats and cheese. Only sugar free jello for dessert. Don't stay on this diet too long, though, because it's not very healthy. And if you feel yourself getting dizzy, have an apple or other piece of fruit, but not very often.

you can jion in a demoniac fitness camp or just eat a little fat and eat a lot of fruit,don't eat high fat food ang do excercises for about six hours!
