For the ladies: Can you translate this for me?

Met a girl who trained me at an old job of mine. Ever since, we'd have deep convos where she'd usually call me, and confide in me about a lot for hours on end. She also would laugh at things I didn't mean to be funny, and was apologetic alot when she didn't need to be. She would also call me up during a holiday and also spent 5 hours on the phone with me the other night, apologizing saying how she had been busy because of her job.

She does have a boyfriend though, that's why I'm not pushing it. They been together for 4 years, but she'll tell me that it's not the greatest, and when she goes over there she makes it sound like its a night job rather than spending time with him. She also says to me that she's faithful.
What is it that's going on......exactly? Is there more to it than can be assumed already? I had already asked her out once for coffee to see her reaction and she said when she could, she'd make time for me.

Honey, if you want any chance of dating this chick, stop being her shoulder to cry on. she's using you like a girlfriend, not a potential boyfriend. You need to be less available to her.

Well, this could mean one of two things, first, she thinks of you as a best friend, and feels comfortable enough to confide in you. But, does the boyfriend know about all these lengthy phone conversations, and that she confides in you( I'm guessing it's stuff about their relationship?) Secondly, she likes you----I would confront her about her feelings for you and where ask her where you stand. It sounds like to me that she's been with this other guy for a long time and she feels that she owes him. Because if she says it's not all that great with her boyfriend, then she is just waiting for you to break the ice, if you haven't yet!!

It sounds like she is trying not to hurt you. .She likes you but as a friend and she doesn't want to lead you on further, hence the coffee refusal. She realises that you like her more than a friend but she is still with her boyfriend isn't she?
When you finally do meet the girl for you, you wont need to ask such questions...Hope you meet her very soon.

this chick is really feelin you but remember that she has been in a long relatioship and she is probably confused on what to do anyway if being with this dude is like a night job she needs to drop that zero and get with a hero(you).

She's treating you like a gay male friend. There doesn't sound like there's any chance for you to be anything more than "one of the girls" to her. Move on.
