we talked about the kids we have, besides he asked how i was doing,THAT"S ALL. I went outside and talk over 45 minutes,my actual boyfriend obviously was upset but said nothing in front of his family. In private he told me it was very disrecpetful of me,since we were at his family's house.I felt so guilty and stupid for what i have done,i didn't mean it.My boyfriend said he felt humillated , since his family witness what happened, but don't know i was talking to my ex.I told him i was sorry, and that i love him. What should i have done ? What would u have done in his position ?
HELP PLEASE !

Whenever you get cell call,if you are not alone, you should excuse yourself.Once in a private area, you should tell the caller you will call back later. However your cell should have been switched off.To talk with anyone for 45mins at your b/f home is bad manners

I'm taking his side on this one... that was wrong of you to even answer the phone... if he had an emergency he would have called again and it would have been understandable... you just DON'T do that to your man. think of how you would have felt if he slipped outside to talk to his ex wife/girlfriend while he was supposed to be having dinner with YOUR parents? you'd probably dump his @ss... show some respect for your man.

You should have had whatever conversation that had to be dealt with involving any kids with your ex. Say it and get it done.
Tell him you will talk to him at a better time.
Then go and get off the phone.
Do however get back to your ex as soon as you can, you still have things to attend to( i see you have kids) new b/f will have to deal with that.
