It seems everytime I have a huge event, I get some gas, and it doesn't seem like it comes from the foods I eat, but just when I get nervous. Please tell me what you do when you have these problems!

Common nerve problem --- one sure-fire way to help is to practice so much before-hand that you're more confident because you are extremely well-prepared. Practice has always helped me overcome those jitters.

It is basically just stress. The best thing to do is to calm down a little bit before you go out to do public speeches.

Some people get gas when they're nervous or anxious - and apparently, you seem to be one of them.

You must be very sensitive---maybe you don't even realise how much--all i do is breathe deep and focus on something light hearted.
Ask your Dr. if half of a Gravol pill would help.

Ur nerves-and u take gulps of air when ur nervious. The air ur gulping is forming the air in ur stomach which gives u tha "bubble guts"! :-)

It's from nerves. Stay away from things that upset your stomach, and take tums before your presentation.

It is your nerves. You're nerves seem to act up when you're speaking to crowds. I really don't know what to tell you to cure that.
