I was uh, going to school and I remember watching the Today News and they were like well across the river is a building going down... a plane crashed into it, then BAM!
we just got a news flash another plane has it the second tower(or something like that) and then we went to school and our teachers let us watch TV, and that day was the only day out principal had his TV on in his office, it is a sad day!!

ironically i was in saudi arabia. i had just come home from school (it was afternoon there because of the time difference), and my mom told me to go do my homework. instead i snuck into the TV room and flipped on the TV. i saw the WTC on fire and all this chaos, and at the bottom it said something about how a plane had crashed into it. i couldn't decide if i should call my parents into the TV room and risk getting in trouble or just keep my mouth shut. eventually i called them in. i didn't get in trouble...i think they were worried about other things.

I was in my apartment in Philadelphia, PA. I turned on the TV. I was shocked. A few hours later I went to a local city center park and some people didn't seem surprised. I had friends who didn't seem to care. I haven't asked them 5 years later if they were just in shock.

I was on the west coast. My then wife called and woke me up saying they were running planes into buildings everywhere... I told her to leave me a lone and stop playing games this early in the morning... I mean, prior to 9/11, who would have believed it... Guess I was very wrong.

I was working at Fordham University, when a student was exiting, and as he passed my desk he said, "A plane just crashed into the Twin Towers".

i remeber it vividly . im bristish and i wasnt doing anything special. It was a day off work and i was sitting on the sofa reading the paper. turned it on when the first plane hit and then watched the 2nd live as it happened and sat and watched it all unfold. watching that has really affected me and my outlook on life and my beliefs.

may they all rest in peace

Working out, saw it on the tv. Sat down and couldn't believe my eyes. Then another airplane hit the other tower. SHOCKED.
