I am actually fluent in Hungarian as that is my native language.
I speak English but not fluently though a lot of people speak English as their second language and they are almost fluent.
I guess English is the most widely spoken language, though someone can be fluent in German, French, Spanish, Arabic, Italian, Russian.

I'm fluent in six, but I met people who can speak 12 and 14 languages and take it on like a hobby. So I guess there is no limit!
