This is one of the more challenging questions I have faced in this forum. The answer would probably have to be No. Like most Americans, I am quite prone to excess pride. Quite simply, humility is rarely a part of my zeitgeist.

On the other hand, those moments when I am confronted, even overwhelmed, with the blessings in my life; I find them hard to accept because of a deep, nagging sense of unworthiness.

A wonderful contemplation for myself and for others is to take a few moments each day to consider the blessings we have received and to be thankful for them in a sincere and heart-felt way. This is the practice of gratitude as a spiritual discipline and the result typically is an ever-increasing abundance that leads to ever increasing gratitude. Namaste.

I humbly accept HIS blessings of protecting me before I was eaten up by the Devil in disguise. HE has stood by me from the beginning and I will adore HIM until my last dying breath. Perhaps now I can move on and recognize the illness that pervails even those in places of highest esteem. The Lord be with you......Amen.+

For me, humbly is just not the word for it. I undeservingly receive His blessings and gifts. I am so not worthy of the love and care that God gives me and my family.

Yes, I do receive God's blessings. EVEN BEING A DIABETIC, I am thankful.

Absolutely, I am blessed to receive his gifts. Unfortunately some see their gifts as deserved and take them for granted.

Yes. I don't go to church, but I try to connect with God every day and thank Him for everything.... even the bad stuff, which is here to teach me something on my life path, I'm sure.

I try to accept all things in my life good and bad.... God wouldn't give me more than I can handle. There are just alot of times I think he has more faith in me than I do

Every day. It is an experience that if all the nonbelievers could experience, they would never question Christianity again. Poor souls.

Yes. I believe in God. I believe He still does miracles just like He did in the Bible. I am thankful that He does this for us.
