When you eat, blood is shunted from you muscles to your digestive tract to aid in eating. If you exercise after eating, you might wind up with indigestion or stomach cramps. You have to eat a pretty big meal to cause this, small snacks are probably OK.

NO.. but it is only a precautionary measure because CRAMPS are more likely to occur within one hour after eating.. that does not mean that you will get a cramp necessarily

Any kind of exercise shortly after eating can cause cramps if you aren't in good physical condition

I've heard that, but never experienced it personally. From a common sense point of view, however, the extra weight in your stomach will be affected by gravity, and will alter your center of gravity.

Yes you can. It's like being kicked in the guts. These cramps make it hard to breathe and give you the farts, also.

you can but not from eating but from your stomach would be aching because of to much pressure on it because of the food
