A question for people who have gotten back into running after years of inactivity- How did you do it? 10 years ago Id jog 4 hours a day, and was a running addict, 10 years late, and 30 pounds heavier, I am trying to get back into running, but its so hard to find the motivation. I know I have to lose the weight- its a big reason i need to run again. But its getting over the intitial 'hump' thats so hard.Ant suggestions on exercises to help me get back into a routine of running?
