You need to rest it as much as possibe and try an anti-inflammatory drug for a couple days. Also, a you may need a steroid, but if they don't resolve it soon, stop those because they're bad for the bones.

There's a trick to help with back pain that a specialist once taught me. It helps with pulled muscles, or any sort of muscle ache. But since I don't know what sort of scoliosis you have, I don't know if it would be recommended. Anyway...

Move up against a couch or loveseat, so your butt is pressed against the side of it and your calves resting on the seat of it. Put a small rolled-up towel under your neck curve so your neck can rest, and let your arms rest down at your sides. Relax and lie that way for 20 minutes. It should make the pain go away.

By having scoliosis you should be under a dr's care!this is a progressive type of spine curvature that gets worse as you age or grow the back can hump and force your posture into your chest causing breathing and nerve problems on a grand scale.they have put steel rods into spines to strengthen and correct curve in backs. go to a dr!!if yu havent already!!
