Taosim is a way of life, teaches you to live a balanced life and not to go towards the extreme. "water is without form, it may appears weak and yielding but when it gathers such as flood it can have the strength to destroy, and also as water has no form, similar a man who follow this nature and adapt to situations, non one can fathom this person and he remains invincible which is the concept of art of war."
