If you want a girl to know you like her, just strike up a conversation. If she's making eye contact, smiling, and laughing while you talk to her, get her number and ask her out on a date. If she refuses, she's not interested or she's playing games. You don't want to pursue a girl like that. If she gives it to you, she's probably interested...so date her and see if you're really interested in her. Be straightforward and stay away from "small hints". Good luck!

Ok, if you know this girl, be straight forward and honest. You can't go wrong with this. Games, never! Hints? What is the point? We are smarter then that. If you you don't know the girl and you just met, be yourself be engaged in conversation and you can't go wrong. Trust me woman like confidence and getting attention but, don't go overboard, but don't "hint" around either ask her out! Good Luck!!! :)

Girls aren't good at picking up on hints, if you like her you need to get into a situation that will allow you both to get to know each other.

Flirt with her, try going up to her and just start talking to her or something, just do something that will make you so noticable that she will know you do it to get her attention and then she will put 2 and 2 together to figure out that you like her.
