the baggie with your dogs "gift" in it?

I carry a plastic grocery bag (actually I carry 3 since the Danes like to leave several presents) to pick up poo and if I'm not near a trashcan, I just carry it by the handle until I go by one. We walk through some neighborhoods to go to the park and there are trash cans at that park. Sometimes I will use a dumpster even though, technically, they aren't for public use.

That's actually a really good idea. I usually just complain about carrying it around with me the whole time. I live in a residential neighborhood so there aren't any trash cans anywhere. But we're thinking of getting her a doggy backpack so she can tire out sooner and carry her own "gifts!"

Well, in NYC I had a Rolttie. Had to walk her 3 times a day, and she'd s'hit 3 times each walk. I'd always give the bags to homeless people who were panhandling.

I live in a city where dog poo is looked at for what it is... Fertilizer. People picking up their dogs droppings are laughed upon here.
People get offended at the smallest crap these days! :-)

that's a great Idea, we live in a neighborhood where there are no trash cans...wish there were, I love walking around with little doggie presents, Its really great when your stopped by someone you know to chat for a while, holding this wonderful smelly present.
