hahah so yur 13? well its kind of hard to do it without it being awkward especially when you shouldnt be dating and you never see the damn girl and all you say is will you go out with me.

Ask her if she would be interested in going to lunch with you. Since you just became a teenager, one of your parents should go with you.

Go up to her and say I have something to ask you. "Do you like Italian or French food restaurants"
She'll say French no doubt and you say GREAT ! is Friday good for you ? and what time do you want me to pick you up!? Heck The faster you get a no the faster you can lay that one to rest and find one that says yes .GO FOR IT Oh heck Your 13 OK Ask her this Do you like this band or that band or something like that and take her to a concert

It's always going to be a little akward because you don't know if they like you back usually. But if you'd flirt a little and see if they's flirt back, it may help a little

im kinda bad at this myself, but i think its way better to be friends and hang out first, then if you like them after spending time together then ask her out..she will most likely say yes. thats what happened to me all my boyfriends were my best friends first and when they asked i said yes.

no it's not hard men... just be yoUr self at that moment... are u friends or not? if not ..1st make friends with her and then invite her...and if ur friends then say it directly...OK? be strong men...!
