how many girls do bleed most or some?

Years ago yes but as of today in some cases no. Due to tampons and masturbation with dildos and other things young girls can use there are no true virgins past the age of 10 or younger. Girls are starting to explore self sex at a younger age due to the exposure and due to tampons being used during their periods. It is possible that you don't bleed the first time.

No. She might bleed, but if her hymen has previously been torn away (e.g. by strenuous exercise, or her own fingers) then she probably won't.
