I don't know. I think alot of both sexes cheat because of their partners. Let me explain- I think alot of people cheat on their partner due to lack of attention. Lets say a woman has a boyfriend and when he gets around other people he forgets she's their. Or he gets more caught up in anything like sports friends etc. She will feel left out and if this neglect goes on for a while she will want attention. And the first time someone gives her attention. She will eat it up and want more. And i think that's true for men to. Men love attention and when they don't get it from their partner they will find it somewhere else. And that is not an excuse to cheat but i think that one thing that makes both sexes cheat i the lack of attention.

Men and Women Both Cheat the same amount ...
People Cheat because they are really NOT in love
IF u are really in love with that person U will NOT cheat on them. and once U Do cheat on them even if u think u love them it will not work out ... so be single until u are really in love Single is fun until u find the right person.. but once a cheater always a cheater is a myth well i believe so ... so thats just my opinion

Statistically , its men cheat 60% - Women 30% . . Margret Meade said that women will stay faithful more than men to assure that the genes she has selected thru her search for a mate are really those genes. Men will leave after 4 years to maintain genetic variety. However in today's culture we now have a whole species to maintain and feed and we call them Lawyers and they are a feisty bunch who have made this natural revolving mate selection for genetic health a feeding ground on which to create battles and feed upon carcasses of otherwise healthy and happy men and women

In this day and age, both men and women cheat, it's an equal amount! People often cheat because they are not happy, because it's fun..etc..

Both cheat, I think men more becasue the have more oppurtunity and tend not to be as emotional about a relationship as women.

Well, if you think that BOTH parties in an illicit relationship are 'cheating'. Then it should be about equal.
(At least one parter is cheating on a spouse, and the other partner is 'cheating' the moral code of keeping your hands off of someone else's significant other). It seems to me that the moral culpability of the two is about equal.
