You forgot ministers, too. Wish I remembered her name-a lady minister wrote a book on why she converted to Islam. It does make alot more sense than Christianity does.

Probably because they're looking for another ego-centric religion that promises them that the self/soul will live forever as long as they worship and follow the rules of a deity that mimics the human/ego thought system of striving, reward, and punishment. They're all the same.

Very possibly because they have been contacted by radicals and threatened with blackmail and/or death if they do not embrace Islam. The mob and gangs use the same tactics. And it is happening everywhere.

I'm sure it goes both ways, and that plenty of Imams and whatnot have become Christian over the years.
I guess the moral is that once you're ready to believe in fairy tales, the fairy tales themselves become interchangable.
