Aint got a clue as to what you mean but if you mean your desktop isnt filling the screen then you have your screen resolution set too high! You can either tune your monitor to fit the screen or lower your resolution.

I have no garantee on what this is, but it might be spyware/malware
I know i had some in my computer, and whenever i ran a scan, it closed it and opened My Pictures folder
Try the free TrendMicro Scan

Open your Start menu and check the Startup folder. Delete any shortcuts you find there.

This setting is in the registry
You need to be comfortable editing the registry to do this, but try the following. DO NOT AT YOUR OWN RISK

Go to start, run and type regedit
Browse to the following path
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run

There will be an entry (registry key) pointing to your C drive

If you are not sure, please do not delete anything
