Well I wouldn't reccommend giving an eight month old a lemon! That is too acidic for their little tummies. But pizza crust should be fine. Be careful though, I fed my son pizza crust and he got some of the pizza sauce and it turns out he is allergic!

the lemon might give them heartburn or an upset stomach, they might also have a reaction to such strong citric acid. the pizza crust is probably pretty good for teething, so long as it does not have much sauce or much cheese, as an 8 month old is not yet ready for dairy products. and the sauce may be too strong for them. (if they're teething the lemon might burn the gums as would the pizza sauce)

You can't mix lemon juice and milk, or any milk-based beverage. It will make your stomach turn.

anything can make a child sick if its the first time they eat it. Where its from makes no difference.

No - Just make sure you wash his face as the lemon can aggravate his skin.
