when people try to deport all undocumented immigrants including children that are born in the U.S. just because they don't like any other race other than their own in this country? Do you believe that it would be good to trial these (ex. Pat Buchanan) people that support this in an International Court for these type of atrocities?

Common sense your rhetoric is ild and wrong. You forgot a minor detail here. Employers and U,S. gov. from President Bush to Hillary Clinton as well as big companies want them and need them here.
They are invited to stay here. And using you analogy, its like saying Im inviting you to to my house and do all the chores that my children are too lazy to do.

katslover, read a little more about human rights. People here and all over the world have human rights. Then ofcourse if you are animal theres no right there. So you say that youre going to impeach the president, Get Ted Kennedy out of office, take Hillary Clinton out of the race, etc. etc. Theres a lot for you to do here. Unless ofcourse your a superheroe in fantasyland.

No, I don't...
Recently large demonstrations have taken place across the country protesting the fact that Congress is finally addressing the issue of illegal immigration. Certain people are angry that the US might protect its own borders, might make it harder to sneak into this country and, once here, to stay indefinitely. Let me see if I correctly understand the thinking behind these protests.

Let's say I break into your house. Let's say that when you discover me in your house, you insist that I leave. But I say, "I've made all the beds and washed the dishes and did the laundry and swept the floors; I've done all the things you don't like to do. I'm hard-working and honest (except for when I broke into your house).

According to the protesters, not only must you let me stay, you must add me to your family's insurance plan, educate my kids, and provide other benefits to me and to my family (my husband will do your yard work because he, too, is hard-working and honest, except for that breaking in part). If you try to call the police or force me out, I will call my friends who will picket your house carrying signs that proclaim my right to be there.

It's only fair, after all, because you have a nicer house than I do, and I'm just trying to better myself. I'm a hard-working and honest, person, except for, well, you know.

And what a deal it is for me!! I live in your house, contributing only a fraction of the cost of my keep, and there is nothing you can do about it without being accused of selfishness, prejudice and being an
anti-housebreaker. Oh yeah, I want you to learn my language so you can communicate with me.

Why can't people see how ridiculous this is? Only in America!

The conduct you describe does not meet the definitions of any crimes against humanity or violations of human rights, as they are defined in international treaties or in U.S. law. Therefore, there is nothing to try those people for -- particularly as they have only advocated their opinion, which is an exercise of a basic liberty that is protected by those same sources of international human rights law. Until you have obtained some real knowledge about human rights law, it is irresponsible to try to use those tools to go after people you disagree with; it minimizes genuine human rights violations to try to argue that everything you think is unkind or unwise rises to that terrible level of crime. It also comes across as shrill, unreliable rhetoric, which will make most sensible people unwilling to listen to you and unlikely to be persuaded by you, no matter how valid your position might be.

Every nation has the ability to enact laws, enforce the laws enacted, &protect its borders and citizens from invasions of any type. The real human rights violations are being commited outside of the United States, that is one of the "reasons" given for illegal immigration, to escape atrocities which are not allowed here in America.
So, just exactly what is the point you are reaching for?

No not at all we have a right to protect our borders from illegal immigration. Its our right as a nation to protect our sovereignty. As illegal immigrants the only rights you have in the USA are the ones granted to you by this country. You can not go into any country with hands dirtied by criminal acts and demand your acceptance.coming into this country without proper documentation is a crime thus the people are classified as criminals and subject to deportation, one and all.

Let me say this politicians are the employees of the American people, and if they continue to ignore the people they will be looking for a new job.We are their bosses not the illegals and not Fox.When we speak the politicians will listen and react accordingly. This is not Mexico we the people have the power to get rid of any politico we want.It takes a little time but it can be done.Keep that in mind when you choose your allies, because with a few votes they disappear.

The fact is they're criminals for being here. On the other hand, sending people to live in refugee camps, we'd probably end up funding anyway seem ridiculous financially and wrong morally. Additionally, I think the US refusing to participate in the Internatinal Court was the right decision, as you can see people use it for political reasons only and the Judges are not elected officials with no accountability.

no
it is an established legal principle that ever country has the right to allow foreigners to work or live in their country. It is also their right to decide who is allowed citizenship.
You have failed to say how you know the only reason they are deported is because of their race, you have no evidence. I suspect that you will find that people of all races are deported making your argument invalid.
You have no case and no proof. It isn't a crime against humanity nor is it a crime against international law

The Supreme Court would need to rule on the children and find they are not citizens, or deporting the children would be a violation of their CONSTITUTIONAL rights, but not of human rights.

Sending people who came illegally back where they came from is not only not a violation of human rights, it is lenient since that crime carries potential jail time.

""I'm sorry," Juan Carlos Ordaz-Valtierra, 27, said through an interpreter as he stood before U.S. Magistrate Judge Dennis G. Green. "I didn't think it was this difficult to cross into your country."

It wasn't. But this year, a 190-mile stretch of riverbank that includes the small border cities of Eagle Pass and Del Rio became a "zero-tolerance zone." If apprehended by the U.S. Border Patrol, illegal immigrants are prosecuted by federal authorities for a misdemeanor, sent to jail for 15 to 180 days and then deported. If they are caught illegally entering the country a second time, they are eligible for a felony charge of illegal entry and as much as two years in federal prison."

It is a violation of OUR rights for them to come illegally and take education and health care service funds from our people who need them. For them to receive the statutory consequences of their crime is no more a violation of human rights than is sending a robber to prison.

It is the consequence of their action, not arbitrary discrimination based on anyone's race.
