His coworkers are very attentive to you and one tells you that he talks about you all of the time
He always makes sure he is around you
When he sees you he always hugs you
He gets nervous when he is caught looking, he looks away
he stares into your eyes
He tells you you're are exotic, very pretty and could have any guy you want

I know! You should go out for a beverage together, get a few drinks into you both, then be a bit more flirty then normal. Touchy feely and go in for a little pash, Then if he dosent respond the way you want quickly crack onto someone else and blame the alcohol. Friends forgive and forget. Besides he sounds keen.

Well i think that He is madly in love with you but he is a bit shy and he doesnt know how to ask you out on a date (just the two if u).
if you like him to i think that you need to ask him how he is feeling and if he wants to take this friendship to another level.
some men have a hard time saying these type of words to woman and if the woman makes a move it will seem easier for him.

he's really interested but is a little shy and doesn't want to ask you out because he doesn't want you to reject him. next time he asks you to go out with his coworkers tell him you don't feel like going out with too many people and if its possible that you two can just go out. he'll like that, and just make some subtle moves since you most likely wont want to go all out. just try to have some alone time and go do something you both like. if you think there might be some awkward silences, go somewhere interesting where you most likely wont run out of things to say, or to a movie where you have the pleasure of knowing you're both together and "alone", but don't have the added pressure of talking.

Sounds interested to me .. but since you live in different towns .. unless you really trust the guy, I don't know that I would take it too seriously yet. He could be seeing other ladies as well. is this guy just too insecure to tell you how he feels? some guys just don't get it. they wait for the girl to say or make the first move. if you are comfortable doing that, then go for it. of course you can sit back and see what happens, but i don't know about this one.
