That I want a guy. Who's lap I can sit on. Who is taller then me. Who'll take walks on the beach. One that just wants me for ME? I want a certain guy that I can't have just because he's one of my friends. Is that wrong to like my friend? (He's a guy) So what if we go on vacation together right? So what? Is this wrong? That I want these things?

It is never wrong to want anything, especially the love of a friend. You can go on vacations, drive across country, or whatever...there is nothing wrong with that. I drove to Key West with a friend of mine on a spur of the moment trip. It was great and there was nothing wrong with it. Whoever is telling you that it is wrong to be with your best friend is incorrect. The best people to fall in love with are your friends, they know everything about you.

There's nothing wrong with that. In fact, a lot of relationships start out with people just being friends.

It's perfectly normal to have these feelings for your friend. Who is more likely than your friend to inspire these feelings in you? Friends often move from friendship to something deeper. Why can't you?

It's not wrong to like your friend, if your friendship is strong enough, even if he doesn't like you in the way you like him, you can still be friends. Ask him out or tell him that you like him

I hope he's not the one who said you can't date because your friends. Some guys like to decieve girls they aren't into when they say they don't want to date them because they don't want to ruin their relationship. BULLSHIT! If a guy is really into you, he wouldn't care because it would be too late. He'd already like you.

If you're both single, no, it's not wrong. And who says you can't have him because he's a friend?
