theres this guy i really like , i know he likes me but i dont know how to ask him out . please dont tell me " just do it" bcuz im to nervous

then what advice are you looking for. wait till he asks you out? maybe he is doing the same thing and you will never get together. your only option is if your nervous get someone to tell him you like him and want him to ask him out or suck it up and ask.

Let him ask you out, shows confidence in the guy. But act like you like him, enjoy your friendship and let it blossom. Give him a kiss on the cheek or hold his hand. That always shows interest!

find out what he's into, then find out if there is anything like that happening around the area. tell him you just heard about the event or whatever and you are interested but you need someone to go with you

If neither of you makes a move, it's gonna be a long waiting game. Why not have a friend/confidante as a "bridge" to relay the signals?

try just hanging around him alot. you may get over being nervous, or he may ask you out. you can't just sit around doing nothing.
