Almost any art or photo program can do it. MS paint can be used, as can Jasc, Photoshop, or almost any other ones.

Try printing each photo first (3inches each) or maybe "4", cut them out, tape each photo to a sheet of computer paper , arrange them in the order that you want them to be displayed, then Print, after printing , scan the photo to your documents, you can add the photo as a wallpaper or screen-saver in ( control panel) click on window display, there you can browse for the photo and add it to where ever you like..

Try photoshop or paint or flash. You need some kind of photo program that will combine them together as one. Or you can put them together in a folder such as my pictures and use them as a screen saver by going into control panel, display, screensaver and changing it to one of the my pictures options.

There are already like, 20 picture making stuff that your computer comes with that you can use. Unless you have a mac

open it then click on create panaromic image it allows you to place photos next to each other (side by side) or on top of each other
