Nobody "used to be gay". He either is or isn't. If he is gay, the chances of you being happy together would probably be slim after a time. Break ups are never fun, but you have to do it if you're not "feeling him" anymore. Besides the fact that he's gay, if he was just some straight dude that you decided you didn't like because he farts under the covers, you'd probably give him the boot. Just do it, you won't feel bad for long, and neither will he.

Tell him the truth.
Don't punish him for being honest; if he concealed this fact you might not have found out until you were married. Give him the credit he deserves for being a stand-up guy, and show the love (even if it's not the type he was after)

I'd probably break up with him, so many gay people have lots of std's
you have to feel for him to love him and furthermore marry him.
Sounds like you ought to call it off, I would have a problem with something like that myself, And i don't consider myself prejudice against gays, but that would kind of freak me out

Sweetie, he did not used to be gay, HE IS BISEXUAL. it's awesome that he was honest with you, but if this is something you can't get over then it's your turn to be honest with him. There is no need to feel ashamed , it's better to know what your looking for than to waste time with someone you know you have no future with.
