If only we knew the answer to that because the person who does will be the richest person on earth, in the shortest of times. However we know it is the mind who sets us off to do something and so saying NO comes from a mind trained to say NO. As simple as that. Do you smoke? If not how is it that you don´t smoke? I guess you just say NO. The same goes for saying no to fatty foods. You decide what you want to be, fat and loathing yourself or fit and lean as you would like to be and feel good. Picture yourself the way you want to be and believe you really do and then the rest follows. You see everything is a choice in life. Everythig has its price. You want a nice car? You gotta set aside money for it which can´t be spent on something other you might want too. Yet you gotta make a choice so, what is it going to be? First of all, you have no reason to be losing any weight sweetie!! Secondly, what do you mean by "bad foods"? Like candy, sweets, etc?? Just always have a balanced diet and allow yourself to have sweets in moderation. Also offer yourself a healthier alternative when you have a craving. Strawberries with a little sugar can be better than brownies :) But your diet plans should only be designed around your health, not being an ideal weight. You are a perfectly healthy weight as you are!

I always keep a bottle of water in my hands and i would drink on per class and fill it up inbetween classes then i was ALWAYS full. and dont want to eat. But the only thing rong or bad with that is i had to pee every 2 seconds but if you can hold it it works and gum chew gum.

your weight and height are fine!!!! usually if you drink a lot of water or juice or something, it will keep you full, so you don't want to eat any junk food or anything. also, eating some popcorn may stop the craving for junk food.

Substitute them for healthier alternatives first.
If you crave sweets, try having a piece of fruit first. If you still crave something, have a very small portion.
If you crave something crunchy, try having some veggies like carrots first. If you still crave something, again, have a small portion of what you're craving.

at 14 years old, you do not sound obese, so i would not be overly concerned. it is always difficult to replace wrong foods with fruits and healthy snacks. But once you put yourself to it will become easy. your body is growing and you will probably put on more wieght before you lose it.

pack your own lunch for school. this always helped me. i steered clear of the sodas and potato chips they sold at school. also, drink a ton of water. that always helps. NO SODA! it's bad for your body and for your teeth.
