Oregano Oil. It tastes disgusting...but it works amazingly well on colds of all sorts! Oregano oil is a powerful anti-bacterial-anti -fungal and can be used to treat a multiple level of bacteria and fungus growing infections! Take 3-5 drops and hold in mouth for 30-60 seconds..chase with water. Take it every half to an hour until symptoms lessen. I've recommended oregano oil to numerous people and people's feedback is "WOW, it really does work!!"

Take 3-4 grams vitamin C with bioflavinoids, Esberitox, and Cold-Eeze zinc lozenges. Rest, drink lots of juices and water. You will probably have to go on lline to find Esberitox. The other items can be bought at most drug store outlets.

You can also sweat it out by staying in a sauna; or drink some hot tea or eat some spicy food. After you eat/drink the hot stuff, wear some sweats and go to bed. After sweating it out for an hour or so.. you'll feel much better. Make sure you stay hydrated.
