Alright dudes, how the hell do you get signs from chicks that like you? Can I invite a guy to do somethig nwith some friends...if i like him like....that? Or, is that just weird?

No. Men these days are confused, and often not instructed in the finer art of courtship.
Invite him to do something with you and your friends. This way, you can check him out in a safe environment, and he can see also how you are around people you feel comfortable with. This is actually a very good idea.
To not be a tease, don't lead him on. That is, don't be too flirtacious, unless you decide you really trust him. Still, I think the double date is the next step, if you want to ramp it up.

yeah, if it were me, I'd like the girl to make the first move, but since its not that situation, perhaps act friendly, as you are now, but let him know that you are still a woman and not "one of the guys". Flirting is good too, but use it sparingly so that the idea slowly marinates in his head.

Forget trying to be coy because most guys won't notice. Instead of asking him to go out with "some friends" ask him if he wants to go out for coffee with you some time or a movie.

Even if you constantly flirt with them, they still might have no idea. I was always pretty oblivious when girls were trying to pick me up. I'm engaged now, though.

Throw him an invite to hang out. Get to know him one on one. See if it clickd. Or just tell him you want him. Just about anything works on us.
