google "usapa" and it is FM 21-20. It will have everything you need. You can also find this on Armystudyguide.com or AKO. You will just need your ako log-in and password.

Go to your education center, you can sign one out (FM 21-20) and make copies of the pages you need, if necessary. There is an AR on physical training too, but don't remember which one...Also your company should have a pubs NCO (publications), ask him or her to order you one....might also check with your training NCO or the supply Sergeant. Good luck with the PT, glad I'm not there anymore!

FM 21-20 gives you all the details about weapons PT. If you have an AKO account you can see an on-line version of the manual under USAPA. If you have trouble getting it on-line, ask your NCO for a copy of the FM.

Army Field Manual 21-20 -- .Physical Fitness Training
FM 21-20 is directed at leaders who plan and conduct physical fitness training. It provides guidelines for developing programs which will improve and maintain physical fitness levels for all Army personnel. These programs will help leaders prepare their soldiers to meet the physical demands of war. This manual can also be used as a source book by all soldiers. FM 21-20 was written to conform to the principles outlined in FM 25-100, Training the Force.

It would be found in a field manual 21-20 (I cheated at looking at the other responses). FM 22-5 does not address PT formations. The commands you'd give are these to a formed platoon:
Extend to the left, March.
Arms downward, Move.
Right Face
Extend to the left, March.
Arms downward, Move.
Left Face
"The first exercise will be . . . " Then state the first exercise of Army Drill One, commonly known as the Daily Dozen.
I once knew them all, but too many years have passed since my retirement.
