Why does internet safety always need to have something involved with children? for gods sake there are terrorists communicating online not to mention many other criminals, if I were you I would concentrate on your own community.
Do you remember that incident in Northern Ireland When infant school children couldn't even get to Nursery because of Republican / Protestant differences?
Wake up.

A few of my friends and I will often take on the name of a teenager and talk to the perverts so they are not talking to the kids.
Its a sicking conversation. Sometimes I can barely handle it myself, but if the perverts are talking to me then they aren't convincing some small girl who doesn't know better to meet him some where.

Call your local police department. There are teams of cops who go undercover on the net. Like SWAT teams.
