I bought some fiber from gnc it says mix with juice but doesn't say when best time. Before or after meals night or morning. thnx

Eat high fiber foods, like shredded wheat for breakfast, and eat 3 piece of fruit a day. Also, whole wheat bread is good. Shoot for 25-30 grams of fiber a day.
