sorry but you should buy a set at walmart or something that you can adjust the dumbell they're fairly cheap and when you do get stronger you can add more weight.
To get stronger you need higher weight 10-12 reps 3-4 sets (sets = groups like i did lifted the weight 10 times took a 2 min break and lifted it another 10 times would be 2 sets of 10 reps)
If I were you, I'd see if you could use the schools weight room before/after school for best free results. Just make sure you shower when your done.

the only way to get stronger is to keep increasing the weights. Eight pound dumbbells won't do anything for you, I don't care if you do 100 rep sets. You have to overload the muscle with more weight, staying in the 6 to 10 rep range.

hmm 8 pounds isnt much, but try doing slow reps focusing on letting it down and bringing it up slowly
do about 25 reps, rest for 10 secs, 25 more reps until you get up to about 100 its gonna be tiring, even though its not heavy at all
if you dont wanna use that much time, maybe get a 15 pound dumbell and do 5 or 10 reps at a time

do equal amounts in each arm until you cant do any more. Wait 5 minutes and do as many as you can again but dont do more than first time. keep doing this till you cant lift the weights any more. stop!!! wait two days to rest up your arms and kepp ding this until you can do the same reps you started with but with more weight. On days your not lifting RUN FORREST RUN

AT your age, you should focus mainly on the following:
Pushups - Try to do 3 sets of 20 pushups each day. Increase when it gets easier.
Sit-ups - 3 sets of 30
Oblique sit-ups (going side to side) - 3 sets of 30
