Every dog breed is different, and can not be expected to act the same as another. It could also be the nature or characteristic of the dog, just like some people are more active and others are more introverted.
If this continues to seem extremely abnormal, I suggest you contact the Veterinarian to rule out a medical problem.
Also, you might want to search about your breed of dog and find out what to expect.

Well, maybe your puppy might be angry or scared about something. Maybe you should go see a vet and ask whats wrong. But dont worry. I am confident that your puppy is fine.

honestly some puppies are less playful than others/ im sure the pup is fine but if your really worried call the vet

as playful as what? other puppies??
did you just get it? sometimes they get scared in new surroundings make it feel comfortable.
both my dogs go crazy with those little laser pointers. just move it in circles on the floor. they chase it all over the place.

Is it sick? Vomiting,diarrhea? Have you had it to the vet and had it checked out? It could have intestinal parasites. contact your vet if he/she doesn't get better soon.

have you ever considered that it might have been beat before youi got it. my dog was beat before we got her so she is afraid of a lot of people and obects that are unfamiliar to her
