"I form the light, and create darkness: I make peace, and CREATE EVIL : I the LORD do all these things." (Isaiah 45:7, KJV)

This passage, taken together with the hundreds of others where God takes pleasure in murdering his own creations, seems to be a subtle hint...also taken into context with the FACT that christians have been staining the earth with the blood of their fellow man for centuries...well, just seems like satan would be very pleased with the religion and the evil christians have wrought on this earth.

I do not think it is a stretch to believe the Bible was a work of the devil...can anyone close the bible for a moment and show me undeniable proof that the bible is inspired by an all loving merciful and compassionate God?

Or is the best you can do for proof is to point to a book filled with a god continually doing evil things to try to prove that the book itself is not an evil tool of the devil?

Well Brenda, maybe i have the nerve because I am the devil...here to lead others to my greatest deception of all, a book that the fools think is the word of god. when they use that book thinking they are worshipping god, they are in fact worshipping me...the Devil. :-)

First of all you're using the KJV which is not complete and you're quote does not match mine which reads:

I create both light and darkness;
I bring both blessing and disaster;
I the Lord do all these things.

You lie and deceive! God does not murder. Murder is an unjustified killing.

Jesus Christ only lived 33 years, never went more than 30 miles from his home, never wrote a book, never was on tv, never made a cd or any multimedia source and YET
-- Jesus Christ has influenced the world more than any person;
-- Jesus Christ's existence separates history (ac or bc);
-- Jesus Christ has more books written about him than any person in history;
-- Jesus Christ is the Ruler of the largest religion in the world;
-- Jesus Christ had 11 apostles and numerous martyrs die excruciating deaths believing in the Messiah, the Son of God;
-- Jesus Christ as the promised messiah fulfilled over 300 prophesies in the Old Testament. Just fulfilling 50 makes the odds of doing so 10X135 power, an astronomical number. No human being has ever fulfilled so many prophesies about them, not even Moses!

In short, Jesus Christ has accomplished things NO OTHER HUMAN BEING HAS DONE in the entire history of mankind. If anyone thinks Jesus Christ is JUST A GOOD TEACHER they are very unrealistic by making such a huge understatement.

YOU ARE DOING THE EVIL AND WILL NOT PROFIT FROM IT.

In Old Testament times-the Israelites were ordered to kill when they went into other lands-the reason for this was because of the mixing of genetics-the angels not keeping thier first estate and breeding with the daughters of men to pervert Gods creation.

But I do agree with you about religions. They are all perversions because they have been tainted by man. I can see how its confusing-people these days and before using the name "christian" to justify murder. Have you ever thought-that THAT is the deception of Satan? See (in the new test) who followed The Messiah around seeking to find fault-it was the religious ones. What did Jesus tell them? "you are of your father the devil" The sinners, they were the ones that welcomed His message of forgiveness of sins. But sorry can't close the Bible and prove it is the inspired word of God to ya, only the Holy Spirit can do that for ya.

This is just my opinion....

I honestly don't think you are going to get very many real answers to that question. I am not judgemental. So questions on religion don't make me freak out.

The way I look at it. you have a right to believe what you want to believe. You either believe in God...Alaha...Buddha...Deus...Higher Power, God and Goddess....etc.

In the Christian faith you don't doubt or question your beliefs. Or you aren't a true Christian. Only in a times of need or when you go through hardship you might question your beliefs...but with any strong belief or faith you find your way back. I believe you except it for what your church teaches. If you are a Christian...the bible...depending on your faith and beliefs..

Many religions regard the Bible as inspired by God yet written by disciples. So there are questions of the accuracy and legitimacy of various books and passages. The bible was written by man not by god himself...and no man is perfect. Some faith have a strict following of the bible while other religions view it as some truth (knowing it was written by many men) and symbolism yet others view the Bible as a story of people in history struggling to understand a living God.

You dont' have to believe everything 100% but you have to believe in what you are taught. So if you are a Christian you don't question the fact that God is good and loves unconditionally. A true Christian excepts the bible for what they are taught it is.

That's only if we assume that Jesus is the savior. If we leave open the possibility that he is a fake prophet that came to destroy Judaism, we could have the Satan bible.

Have you ever look at a baby, the trees look at a river the mountians, ocean the world. There is a creater! There is plenty of proof its around you. Look at the flower such a fragile leave can handle so much heat. He's everywhere! The touch of a loved one! Its endless! Take a vacation visit the places talked about in the bible Sodom and Gomorrah tour it just as described in the bible, Noah's Ark, Solomon's temple found the Ark Covenant, and don't forget the shroud. Sorry I don't share your doubt!

Isaiah 45:7 says..."I FORM THE LIGHT AND CREAT DARKNESS, I BRING PROSPERITY AND CREATE DISASTER; I, THE LORD,DO ALL THESE THINGS. 'NIV

God is ruler over light and darkness,over prosperityand disaster.....our lives are sprinkled with both types of experiences and both are needed for us to grow spiritually. When good times come thank God and use your prosperity for him.When bad times come don't resent them, but ask what you can learn from this refining experience to make you a better servent of God....

God is not happy with the murder that religion has committed in his name....Religion is man made , with mans rules and reasons to do what
religions do.. Religion is mans attempt to reach God....and is therefore not perfect....
You are correct in your assessment that these atrocities have been commited....it s the people who twist the word that are the problem not God.....
The bible is the word of God.......
Check this out ...The world is made of opposites.man and woman..dark and light.....
good and bad....and many other things that are scientifically proven.....(laws of physics for instance for example)......those things cannot exist with out the other.....
I struggled for a long time about the good god bad god thing and figured out a few things before I got into the bible......
the first thing I reasoned was that without good there could be no bad.....thats logic in the purest sense.....
so if God is good .....why does all of this stuff happen ? war, murder ,famine ...all of that ....

I read the OLd Testament and saw ..like you that God dealt harshly with people and thats not fair..I had no where else to go but to the bible for answers to this question ....He was an angry God because ....he has no choice but to punish wrong doing....
SO what does that mean? God is perfect in every sense of the word and wanted us with him but we mess up all the time.. So what could he do to get us to be in his good grace ?

He sent his son Jesus to die for all of us ...not just christians , jews , catholics , lutherans, methodists, moslems ,hindus....all of us .......
Jesus is the way back to him ...Yes we will continue to mess up , but if we accept Jesus as that gift .and ask for forgiveness we will be saved....This doesn't mean we are perfect , just forgiven with a promise..........

Does not sound like the works of an evil one does it?????

Mark 12:29-31
29Jesus replied, "The most important commandment is this: `Hear, O Israel! The Lord our God is the one and only Lord. 30And you must love the Lord your God with all your heart, all your soul, all your mind, and all your strength.'[a] 31The second is equally important: `Love your neighbor as yourself.'[b] No other commandment is greater than these."

hi Dude. "considering which you Christians..." I sense a average generalization there, no longer ALL Christians think of atheists worship the devil, me myself, being a dedicated Christian, don't think atheists pray to the devil. Atheism is , interior the summarized version, "no longer believing in God" precise?. yet that doesn't inevitably propose that in case you do no longer have faith in "a" then you certainly immediately have faith and worship "b". there are a number of Christians accessible that extremely of preaching the Gospel of "stable information" and residing how Jesus stated we ought to continuously stay (love one yet another and so on), they do the best opposite, they rebuke and condemn others. they're speedy to point out "you're an atheist, you will Hell" lol ironic precise?? Hahahaha. properly to me this is comprehensive rubbish, Hate The Sin no longer The Sinner. i do no longer hate atheist, i do no longer rebuke them, i do no longer think of they worship the devil basically with the aid of fact they do no longer worship God. as a thank you to respond to your question "NO, i do no longer think of atheist worship the devil" And P.S while you're an atheist and you do worship the devil then it rather is rather high quality, it is your decision, all of us have loose will and freedom of decision...that doesn't make the two one extra appropriate than the different.

Islam is the religion of Satan.

Update:
Esther is failing to understand the question.

If the roles are reversed:

God = Satan
Satan = God

then Jesus would be the minion of Satan and thus painted as a Savior.

He would certainly put God (painted as Satan) in the lake of fire.

I guess logic is too much for you Esther.
