Ok just in case your a single father. They should wear panties really at all times at that age. But bras only when they have boobs during the day not at night. Cause at that age most girls don't have boobs big enough to do any damage.

Panties yes, but a bra? Isn't that a little too much torture? Consult this child's doctor and see what they think. This would all depend on parental guidelines set for the children in this household, unless there is a medical reason for wearing a bra to bed.

Not wear a bra is normal, since typically, they don't have much yet. Not wearing panties is just a bad habbit if that is what you want her to have.

That should be their decision, not because the pigs, dogs, and pervs posted articles and said on tv saying that it's not healthy to wear underwear to bed

do not wear panties but wear a sports bra so you dont start sagging
