If you mean casino related pop-ups, do a complete adware/spyware scan on your computer, using something like Ad-Aware and Spybot S&D. That should take care of it.

Ok if you want to completely remove them type regedit in the run panel (start menu and you will see run) which will open up the windows registry.
click 'edit' then 'find' and use words like Casino microgaming playtech and go through and manually delete all of them.you'd be surprised how much junk casinos leave there.
I also use a program called As-Aware and Cleanup to remove all thsi junk.

Go to "Start"..."Control Panel"..."Add or Remove Programs". Right there you should get a list of all programs installed and you can choose to delete what you want. (this might only be helpful if you have Windows)

delete all cookies, all favorites, all browser history, all additional programs that they have installed. Then there should be no traces of online casinos hopefully.
