I love your questions, I've just discovered.
Although it may go against popular belief, I'm going to answer nicely and say Saddam Hussein, mainly because he committed terrible crimes against his own people, and he looks funny and has a funny accent.

Tony Blair and GW Bush are not smart enough to be compared with Hitler. They do a poor immitation.
Hugo Chavez and Ahmadinejad are not dictators they are democratically elected Presidents. - unlike GW Bush.
Ariel Sharon might qualify, though he hates Arians.
I don't know about the rest.
Remains Saddam Hussein, installed and armed by U.S., who kept Iraq in law & order until U.S. removed him to create a civil war.

Ariel Sharon.
Although Sharon has lived longer than Hitler, his earlier days did involve murderous actions based upon the belief that his people were more deserving of some land than another group of people. The belief or value of one race being more deserving of something than another is more associated with Ariel Sharon than with the other people on the list. The difference historically would be that Hitler wanted the minority group out of the land, Sharon wanted to see the majority group forced out. Had Sharon found access to ways of mass murdering the people he wanted to see removed he would have done it. He had to resort to terroristic methods when he was younger which revealed his lack of value for the lives of those not of his race. Both used a situation involving the oppression of their people to help lead others to an irrational solution. Whether it be "The Chosen" or the "Aryans", it is the same set of misguided beliefs and values.

I would have to say Saddam Hussien.
He ruled with an iron fist and believed in ethnic cleansing - The Kurds .
He was a total Dictator and killed off any opposition to his power
He ran a police state using his military ..
He was the only one of the above political powers that killed his own people just to stay in power .

Saddam Hussien

1) George W. Bush

2) Saddam Hussein

All of the others are just pretenders to these two, and Hussein is out of commission. That leaves just George "Mr. Terrorist" Dubya Bush as the only Hitlerian in this bunch.
