Isaiah 48:17 This is what YHWH has said, your Repurchaser, the Holy One of Israel; "I YHWH/Jehovah, am your God, the One teaching you to benefit yourself, the One causing you to tread in the way in which you should walk.

18) O if only you would actually pay attention to my commandments! Then your peace would become just like a river, and your righteousness like the waves of the sea.

19) And your offspring would become just like the sand, and the descendants from your inward parts like the grains of it. Ones's name would not be cut off or be annihilated from before me."

The best encouragement comes directly from reading the Scriptures, and from prayer. Personal fellowship with good associates also has an important role in true worship:

(Hebrews 10:24,25) And let us consider one another to incite to love and fine works, not forsaking the gathering of ourselves together, as some have the custom, but encouraging one another, and all the more so as you behold the day drawing near.

The internet is certainly *NOT* the place for true Christians to find good association.

Oh yes, Esther. A pastor is such an objective source of information. A pastor saying the truth is in the scriptures is alot like a Chevy dealer saying a Cavalier is the best built car in America.

Keep in mind the agenda of your source before you declare it to be the truth.

Today in church the pastor was speaking about how we can trust the bible, how the answers are found there. I had to smile. I spend alot of time in Yahoo Answers answering questions with scripture. It was a nice confirmation about truth; and how God's word never returns void, in any place where it is spoken.
