How do I get a question in the "Open Questions" section?

This may be posted in the wrong category, but I cannot see an "Open Questions" listing.

When using the "search" facility, to look up questions on a topic, of your choosing, by default it searches the whole database, Most of which, by the odds, will have been answered, chosen a best, and closed. You'll be searching mainly closed questions...ther'es simply more of them
To search for ones still live, that you can answer, you need to click the small "Advanced" which is underlined, next to the search button.
You can then elect to search only open questions, or even people by username, etc, with the various settings.
Unfortunatly this has to be set for every search, ever time!

hum you know this is a problem we have never been faced with before, so what do you want to ask in your open question? go ahead and fire away, this catagory might get you some really mean and creative answers, but we are intelligent and willing to jest you with the best.

I believe you click on all catagories the hit ask button that will put it in the open answers after you ask the question so long as you ask it in the right catagory
