Oh man do I feel your pain! I am the same way! But I just tell (MAKE) myself get up and do what I have to do, then I don't feel so guilty. Otherwise, I feel like a big piece of crap sitting around on the computer all day. Do what you gotta do THEN and only then, sit in front of the computer!

I can't seem to pull myself away from the computer either! And Yahoo Answers isn't helping. I'd hate to know exactly how much time I spend here instead of getting my chores done. I do try to limit my computer time and use it only now and then, but right now "now" is winning! Good luck!

seriously computer addiction messes up your life. procrastinating is one of the crappiest habits you can have. stop now or stop never. IF YOU WANT SCARY PROCRASTINATION=DEATH!!!

Seriously ... just turn the computer off. Study away from your computer. Use the computer as a "treat" after you've FINISHED your homework.

JUST STOP!!! geez, this isn't rocket surgery(yes,i know it's science)..get up..do it in small steps...first do 10 minutes,then 20,then 30...keep increasing your time away from the pc, & up off your butt..live life , sweetie or one day you'll wake up dead..life's short..life,love& laugh..

I try to divide my time, half hour on the computer, half hour on the homework, etc.
