Measles is generally seen in children who have not been vaccinated. Dengue occurs in the adults and there is no prevention, except against a mosquito bite. In rare and sever cases of Dengue fever, rashes may be seen over the body, whereas rash is the hall mark of measles. Other distinguishing features of measles are the Koplik's spots within the mouth and the conjunctival injection.

Dengue is a disease transmitted transmitted to a person by the Aides Egypti mosquito prevalent in tropical countries. The signs and symptoms of Dengue are generalized body ache especially backache ,accompanied by severe headache with pain when the eyes are pressed. A rash may appear after a few days .there is a feeling of being generally debilitated Dengue may be mild or severe depending on the type. .
Measles is an infectious disease ,which can be transmitted from one individual to another .the symptoms are generalized rash ,fever and a characteristic feature is a rash inside the mouth between the.lower cheek and gum.

Although both are Viral..Dengue is common during rainy seasons because this is condusive for the mosquitoes that transmits the dengue virus. The signs and symptoms of dengue are fever, malaise, stomach ache, rashes (BUT different form that of measles which is more of watery and raised). Measles is air-borne.. transmitted through inhaled droplets. Hope this helps
