It takes more than height and weight to accurately tell whether you are 'fat' or not. As has been mentioned above, body composition is far more important than weight itself. Height-weight tables are averages across a population, and can be very inaccurate individually.
However, even given the possibility of those errors, you are tall for your weight. In fact, you are almost too thin to be healthy. Whether your proportion of fat is higher or lower than average, you are still not unhealthily fat.
When your body realizes that your fat stores are getting too low, it enters conservation mode. This means that even when you eat lss it will be harder to lose weight. It's a leftover survival mechanism, and at this moment it's telling you not to lose anymore weight. Your BMI may be 19, but your actual bodyfat may be much lower if you have strong muscles, even unhealthily low. So keep that in mind, and relax about your weight.

I can't believe anyone would answer yes to this question.
5'6" and 112 lbs is underweight, if anything. But keep in mind your body composition is more important that your weight. A muscular person will weigh more at a smaller size.
At 12 years old, please talk to your mom, your doctor or a dietician if you're worried about your weight. You really can and will do permanent damage to your body if you don't get the nutrition you need.

fine weight. do not try to loose weight you are in a growth age so accept that. Like your body it's the only one you get. if you feel the need exercise to burn calories and build muscle. ride a bike, run, jogging, swim, play some sort of sport if you can, basketball, tennis, something like that. your time will come to diet etc but not yet for many years.
