I'm just curious who this is. He reminds me of an old-time horror movie actor. Is it really Boris Karlof?

if it's black and white, it's probably bishop sheen. He did many braodacasts in the early 50's and most were recorded on kinescope.

LOL, I am not sure which cable channel you are watching but they are all the same; if he wears a beenie and a cape then he is most likely the bishop for that diocese.
