I have seen those type of dog door/collar combinations at Petsmart and Petco. I would check Petsmart first though, I find that their stores are more organized so you should be able to locate them fairly easily.
They actually have a couple different types - I think one is the infrared and another one is magnetic or something like that, but I believe that the infrareds are the most expensive. Ask a sales associate for other details that you may not be able to get from the package.
They also have cat door/collar combos too, so make sure that you are in the right section! lol
