My doctor says that when they are 2 they are half the height they will be at full grown.
As for weight that is still up in the air. If you teach him about proper eating habits and exercise he will have a good start, but there is no way to know. That is like asking you how much you are going to weigh when you are 65. You just don't know.

I've heard that you double the height at age 3 to get the grown up height, but that might be just an old wives tale or something. Weight is harder to determine. Lifestyle choices determine alot of that. Bodybuilders weigh more as well as compulsive eaters.

I'm not sure, do you mean based on his height and weight now? I'm not sure if there is a web-site, but when my daughter was 2 her pediatrician used some kind of formula to guess what her adult height might be. Ask your pediatrician. I know the formula used her current height, my height, and my husband's height.
