Sorry if this turns your stomach, but I was wondering if there is anyone out there with this problem.?

Every morning I wake up with a sick stomach [nausia]and my mouth has so much nasty tasting mucus in it that I can hardly stand it. I have to rinse my mouth out and gag for a while. I have heartburn a lot and I am wondering if acid is a big part of this problem.

sounds like you could have post nasal drip, mucus draining from your sinuses down to your stomach, this can make you nauseous in the mornings. Try taking an over the counter sinus decongestant before bed. Headaches in your face, forehead or behind your eyes are another sign of sinus problems.

I think it is from stomach acids. Most likely from stress, this may also be a sign of an alcer. I would get it checked out if I were you.

Hi. Go get tested by your doctor. You may have an ulcer or you have severe nasal drip which is hurting your stomach lining.
