Say the Lord's Prayer (aka the Our Father) at least once a day. It is the prayer that the Lord taught us to pray.

Oh, I thought you wanted us to say some prayers for you.
Never mind, but I will pray for you.
Just talk to God as you would a friend. He understands our heart. Our prayers do not have to perfect. As a matter of fact we are cautioned about using repetitious prayers:
Matthew 6: 7. But when ye pray, use not vain repetitions, as the heathen do: for they think that they shall be heard for their much speaking.
I will be praying for you as you go forward with your struggle

How about taking time out of each day to recognize your own self-worth and the important role you play in this world.
Just take a few moments and point out the things you have done to contribute to the planet and the positive role you play in the lives of people around you.

I like praying some of the Psalms. Psalms 91 can be personalized by placing a loved one or your own name.

Try just turning it all over to God and allow Him to work in your life to "change your way of thinking". Just talk to God and tell him all that you're feeling and trust him to help you through it. If you need some words of encouragement, read the Bible. God will give you everything you need.

I won't waste my time and pray for you because I'm an Atheist. I do, however, wish you well with your struggle.
