You do need to get it checked if it is changing. It could be skin cancer.(hopefully not). My dad has it right now and so does my father in law. A mole should be round and not change colors. Skin cancer will look ragged and turn colors and even bleed and be full of pus.. Please do have him have that checked because if it was cancer it can spread and be harder to get rid of. I hope you two good luck my dear.

Not to scare you, but that's not good. Any time a mole changes shape, size, or color you need to get it checked out. Good luck and God bless.

Yes, it could be skin cancer, which would be the worst case scenario. It could also be ecxema, a rash or hive or some other skin condition. a dermatologist would know best.

Only the doctor can help you, he may get it removed and have it tested to find out if it is cancerous.

That decision would totally be up to a dermatologist. Most moles are benign, so don't worry yourself unnecessarily until then. :)

it's possible. the safest bet is to probably have it removed, especially if it is tender.
