Yes on your menu there should be an option where you can edit the entire program and program each individual bullet to come in at a certain time. Look in your tools on the menu box.

How I generally do it is create a text box for each indvidual bullet. Than you can make them come up one at a time.

You would need to create a slide for each point with each bullet moving down the page on the next slide

The text box is read as one image, and appears at once.
I think the only work around is to create 5 text boxes, each with one bullet.
I might be wrong, but that's how I do it anyways.
